Do I need a Rain Tap product?
No. You can use a printable QR code or your own NFC tag. Our stands make it easiest, since one tap does both reviews and stamps.
How does the free trial start?
Choose monthly or yearly above and it's added to your cart for free, along with any stands or cards you're ordering. After checkout, we email you a link to add a card. Your free days start when you add it, nothing is charged until they end, and you can cancel any time before then.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. The card is saved in their phone's browser. They never give us their name, email or phone number.
Can customers collect stamps from home?
One stamp per visit, with a waiting time you choose between stamps. You can also limit stamps to your opening hours, or require a quick staff PIN.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your stand keeps working and goes back to opening your Google review page directly.
