30-day money-back guarantee

If your order isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund of the product price.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days, or isn’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Please include your order number and a photo.

How to get a refund

  1. Email info@raintapreviews.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions, usually within 1 business day.
  3. Send the items back using a trackable service.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.

Rain Tap Pro

Rain Tap Pro is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time, and you won’t be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
